Detached and attached sales reached all-time highs in August 2023 with detached sales at $1,025,000 and attached sales at $675,000. Detached sales previously reached the $1M mark but this is the first time they surpassed $1M. 2023 detached median sales prices are up 18.5% from December 2022 and attached median sales prices are up 16.4%.
