I have worked as a residential appraiser for over 30 years in San Diego County.  My experience includes:

Estate appraisals are done to meet USPAP appraisal industry guidelines and IRS guidelines in the event the estate is audited by the IRS.  I am experienced with large estates, my largest estate client had 50 residential properties I appraised.  I am happy to refer appraisers for your out of area and commercial appraisals.  

In my 30+ years of appraising I have never been disciplined by the BREA or OREA state licensing board and I have never been removed from an approved lenders list for disciplinary reasons.  I have also never had negative feedback from the IRS for 1,000+ estate appraisals I have completed.
