Below are links to my San Diego real estate trends reports provided by an appraiser with an emphasis on accuracy, reliability and relevancy.  One way I do this is by reporting detached and attached housing separately to give property owners a more accurate median value for their property type.  Many sources lump all the sales together to report value trends, but that number doesn’t reflect detached or attached housing separately and the ratio of detached to attached housing sales can vary each month, which skews the results.  Aside from the monthly value trend updates please also see other reports on current real estate trends.
